Quarter One Favorites: Fashion, Beauty & More!
Hello, beautiful people! It’s Kerry here, Y’all loved the 2024 favorites post so much that I’ve decided to turn this into a quarterly series. So here we are with my Q1 faves—things I’ve been reaching for over and over again. If it’s getting repurchased, restyled, or raved about, you know it’s the real deal. Let’s dive into the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle pieces I’ve been obsessed with these past few months!
1. The Pink Statement Dress by AJE
Let’s talk about the dress—the one that had heads turning at every event. This stunner is from AJE, an Australian brand known for their luxe, dramatic pieces. I scooped it up during their annual sale, and let me tell you—it was love at first puff sleeve. Paired with pink Giani Bini heels (a birthday gift from my mom!) and a metallic gold clutch from ASOS, the look was the moment. All pink everything, because extra is my middle name.
2. Coach Kisslock Bag
One word: obsessed. I managed to snag one of the 1,300 original drops of the Coach Kisslock bag, and I’ve worn it nonstop since. It’s chic, roomy, and I even got featured in the Jamaica Observer with it! If the original is out of your price range, I found an amazing inspired version on Amazon for just $46.
3. Denim Coach Shoulder Bag
Spotted this beauty thanks to my friend Alisia Betty, and after some serious hunting, I scored it on Poshmark—brand new! It’s denim, it’s Coach, and it’s perfect. I even added a little cherry keychain for some razzle-dazzle.
4. Brown Suede Slouchy Bag (ASOS)
Shoutout to the ASOS team for sending me this bag—it has not left my shoulder. Brown is the color for 2025, and this pairs beautifully with almost anything. It’s spacious, versatile, and oh-so-easy to style.
5. Zara Leopard Cap
Bad hair day or not, this cap adds instant flair. It’s a subtle way to incorporate print into any outfit and super budget-friendly too!
6. Dark Wash Denim Heels (Zara)
As a denim girl, these dark wash heels were a must. They’re sleek with a silver heel, comfortable, and perfect for spring styling.
7. Gucci Monogram Clogs
These babies have been through the mud (literally) and still going strong. Neutral enough to go with anything, comfortable, and already broken in. Cost per wear? Chef’s kiss.
8. Slingback Flats (ASOS)
These pointy-toe, slingback flats in butter yellow are the perfect spring addition. Silver buckle detail, padded soles, and comfort that doesn’t sacrifice style.
9. Camo Cargo Denim Pants
These high-waisted, wide-leg camo pants were an instant classic. They sold out quickly but were restocked once, so fingers crossed! I sized up to a large, and they’ve become a staple.
10. Anthropologie Mixed Metal Earrings
Gold meets silver in the most stylish way. These two-tone earrings are my go-to when I’m mixing metals or don’t want to overthink accessories. Trust me—you need these.
Beauty Favorites
1. CHI Keratin Silk Infusion Serum
Introduced to me by my hairstylist, this serum is a pixie-cut lifesaver. It adds shine without weighing hair down and works beautifully on all hair types, not just pixies.
2. KeraCare Styling Wax Stick
This wax stick is clutch for keeping curls in place and frizz at bay. Heat activates it, adding shine and hold—perfect for those styling days.
3. e.l.f. Halo Glow Pressed Powder (Tan Warm)
If you haven’t added this to your makeup bag, what are you waiting for? It’s affordable, brightens the under-eye, and gives a smooth, blurred finish that rivals high-end brands.
4. Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner
This toner has been a game-changer in my skincare routine. It helps reduce the appearance of large pores and evens out skin tone—all while being super affordable. I rediscovered it during a Walmart collab, and now it’s a staple.
5. Saltair’s Salt Water Vanilla Skin Reviving Serum Body Wash.
Yes, the name’s a mouthful. But so is the experience. This isn’t just body wash — it’s a whole main character moment in a bottle.
So if you’ve been looking to elevate your shower routine, or you just want people to stop and ask why you smell so damn good… this is your sign.
Add to cart. Lather. Glow. Thank me later.
That wraps up my Q1 favorites! Let me know in the comments what you're loving right now—whether it's fashion, beauty, or a little bit of both. And don’t worry, I’ll be back with more quarterly faves soon. 💕
